In loving memory of Emmitt Emmitt joined us in December 2010 after his family of 9 years abandoned him when he got old and sick. Although Emmitt did not find a new home, he adopted all of us at DRNT. We walked with him, layed out with him in the sun, brushed him, made sure he had friends to play with, kept him comfort...able and gave him lots of attention. He went to the Bridge knowing he was loved. Emmitt was an old boy with a very special sweet old soul. We will miss him but know he was not feeling well here on earth. Play hard and free with all your friends at the Bridge Emmitt. Enjoy all the peanut butter you want! We will pick you up to be with us on our way over.
